Gmail has changed over the years, there have been plenty of designs and some users have given bad feedback to the company. Still, Google, since they created Gmail, have given the users several benefits such as gigabyte of storage in their emails back in 2004. This was a great thing at that time because that meant that people will not have to delete emails often as they were used to do it, they could work more & worrying less!
So today we want to share with you some [tips & tricks] that will make you save time on a daily basis.

1. Undo sending a message
A lifesaver!
It’s one of the most important & valuable tricks that you must have on your Gmail. Whenever you’re writing an important email & didn’t attach the file you can quickly undo the message. This gets extra time to look at the email before it gets delivered!
2. Manage automatically your incoming emails
Make your Gmail cleaner & organized by creating rules that can automatically label, archive, delete or forward your incoming emails. This will help you to save some time. Make the rules that are more convenient for you.
3. Check out categories in your inbox
You can organize your emails into different tabs. Find your emails as quickly as possible by going to the tab where the email is. You can have a Social, Promotion & Notification tabs. All the sales from the shopping site’s emails are going to be found on the Promotion tabs
4. Start a video call
Whenever you need to have a meeting with someone that is far from you, you cant start a Google Hangouts Chat. When you add someone on that list you can easily start a video call from your inbox just by clicking start video call.
5. Check emails from all your accounts
Probably you’re a very busy person as we all are & might have not just two but more email accounts. Now you can use multiple accounts & start checking all your emails in Gmail. The most exciting part is to send a message from an address that is not your Gmail address.
